Simply lie down on a hard surface facing the ceiling in shavasana. Starting from your toes and going over each body part just realize which muscle has tension. Now once you have identified all the muscles which have tension, its time to relax your mind. To achieve this, just observe your breath and don’t try to change it. Keep observing until its slower and shallower as compared to when you started observing. Now keep observing the breath for some more time with eyes closed.
